Associate Consultant

Join our consulting team, support client sessions and grow into leading consultations of your own. Strong associates are promoted to Consultant.

What you will do

  • Support and run voice or text consultations
  • Review a client's structure, operations and staffing
  • Help write practical recommendations the client can act on
  • Keep client information confidential

What we look for

  • Real experience in consulting or in advising, managing or running a group
  • Clear written and spoken communication
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback

Be the first point of contact in tickets and verification, helping members quickly and politely.

What you will do

  • Answer tickets and questions in the server
  • Help members with Roblox verification and booking
  • Escalate anything you cannot solve to the right person
  • Keep responses friendly and professional

Discord Moderator

Keep the community safe, welcoming and on topic by applying the rules fairly and consistently.

What you will do

  • Enforce the server rules fairly and consistently
  • Handle reports, spam and arguments quickly
  • Record actions and explain decisions clearly
  • Work with staff on anything serious

What we look for

  • Calm under pressure and fair to everyone
  • Familiar with Discord moderation tools
  • Able to separate friendships from the rules

Graphic and Brand Designer

Create logos, banners, liveries and graphics that make Meridian and its clients look professional.

What you will do

  • Design server and website graphics
  • Support clients with branding and livery reviews
  • Keep a consistent Meridian look
  • Deliver work on agreed deadlines

  • A portfolio of finished work
  • Good eye for layout, color and type
  • Respect for other people's trademarks and credit
