What this covers
This page explains what information Meridian Aviation Consulting collects through this website and our Discord server, why we collect it and who can see it.
What we collect
- When you sign in with Discord: your Discord user ID, your username or display name, and whether you are in our server and which staff role you hold. We do not receive your email address or password, and we do not keep your Discord access token.
- When you book: the service, meeting format, time, your group or company name, an optional link, and what you tell us about your situation and availability.
- When you apply for a role: your answers, your Roblox username and any notes and scores our staff add.
- When you verify your Roblox account: your Roblox username and ID, linked to your Discord account, and a temporary code.
- When you use a ticket: the messages in your ticket channel. A transcript is saved to a private staff channel when the ticket closes.
How we use it
We use this information to run consultations, confirm and remind you about sessions, review applications, keep our server safe and answer your questions. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only Meridian staff can see bookings, applications, tickets and verification links. Discord and Cloudflare process data on our behalf to run the server and this website.
Cookies and analytics
We use one cookie to keep you signed in, which lasts up to seven days. If we enable website analytics, it is privacy-friendly: it counts page views without cookies or tracking individual visitors.
How long we keep it
We keep bookings, applications and verification links for as long as we need them to run the service. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it by opening a ticket in our Discord server. You can sign out at any time from the booking page.
Age
Discord requires members to be at least 13 years old, and our services are intended for people who meet that requirement.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy we will update the date above. To contact us, open a ticket in our Discord server.
